At Hôtel Vetements we make clothes that tell the unique stories of beautiful antique fabrics and materials. This means that some pieces might carry some tear and wear. This is all part of the story that you bring forward when wearing our clothes.
We do our absolute best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and we aim to ship your order within one week following confirmation of your order. Delivery may take longer due to regular customs, please kindly understand the possible delay and patiently wait some time. Before placing your order, you will be informed of the delivery details and fees, and after approving your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The standard delivery fee for addresses in Europe is 15 euros and for Denmark 6 euros. For orders outside of Europe we charge a standard delivery fee of 25 euros.
All items are shipped through Postnord traceable priority mail. International orders are also shipped with Postnord traceable tracking number. We are not responsible for items being lost in shipment, nor when items are delivered via tracking but item is not found by recipient. Once the item has left our facility, it is in the hands of Postnord and all following action will need to be taken with local post facilities. If for any reason a package is returned to our facility (incorrect address/unclaimed/etc) the shipping fee will have to be paid again in order to get the package sent out again.
We have a return policy within 14 days of receiving. Hôtel Vetements will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. To ensure that returned items we kindly ask you to pack the item in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags still attached. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our office, and the customer will incur the shipping cost.You can choose to exchange returned items to store credit or cash refund. Store credit will be valid through our website for up to one year from the date of issue. Please make sure to notify us if you are returning an item by sending an email to email@example.com including the following information:
1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase
2. Name on the order
3. Email address on the order
4. Reason for returning
5. (If returned due to damage, defects, or incorrectness) please attach a picture of the damaged item.
After notifying your return request, we will make sure to notify you. We will inspect the returned item and initiate the refund to your credit card. If you chose to exchange to store credit, you will be provided with a code that you can use on our website for your next purchase.
